NELSON and Reading Lists – Security Certificate Updates

We will be updating the security certificates used for signing in to NELSON and Reading Lists between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. During this hour, you may be unable to log in to these services.

Access to online databases, eBooks, and e-journals will not be affected.

NELSON (Northampton Electronic Library Search ONline)

NELSON provides simple, one-stop searching for the library’s books, e-books, journals, articles, digital media and more. Use your University Login to:

  • See your library account, renew physical books, and check your loans reservations
  • Save books and articles to your favourites
  • View the full text of e-books and e-journals

If the content is physical, you’ll see a shelfmark telling you where to find it in the Learning Hub.

You can also search specialist databases directly. You’ll find these listed under the A-Z Databases tab.
